Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field.
5–8 years of experience in IT project or enhancement management.
Strong background in delivering system improvements in collaboration with business users.
Familiarity with pension systems or MPF platforms is a plus.
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Azure architecture and services.
Strong database programming skills (SQL, stored procedures, performance tuning).
Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
