Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.


Experience:

2–5 years of experience in Application Monitoring, IT Operations, or similar roles.


Monthly Salary Package:

12,000 SAR


Qualifications & Skills:


  • Strong understanding of core IT concepts: networking, operating systems, and databases.

  • Hands-on experience with monitoring tools and platforms (e.g., APM suites, log management tools).

  • Ability to interpret performance metrics such as response time, throughput, and error rates.

  • Ability to analyze and identify application bottlenecks.

  • Experience in collecting, managing, and analyzing application logs.

  • Familiarity with configuring alerting mechanisms and health checks.
