We are looking for an IT monitoring Specialist to join an operational team in Luxembourg.

Your main mission will be to ensure the monitoring, qualification, and dispatching of alerts, guaranteeing a fast and efficient response while following internal procedures and maintaining a high level of service quality.

Your main responsibilities:

Monitor and handle alerts received through different communication channels

Analyze incoming alerts to identify their priority and level of criticality

Ensure the initial management of alerts within a maximum timeframe of 15 minutes
