Network Design & Operations

• Design, configure, monitor, and maintain LAN, WAN, WLAN, and VPN infrastructure across clinical and administrative sites.
• Support network connectivity for EHR systems, imaging platforms (PACS), VoIP, nurse call systems, and medical devices.
• Ensure high availability and redundancy for mission-critical clinical applications.
• Perform network capacity planning, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.

Security & Compliance

• Implement and maintain network security controls including firewalls, IDS/IPS, segmentation, and access controls.
• Support HIPAA, HITECH, and organizational security policies related to data privacy and protection.
• Collaborate with Information Security teams to address vulnerabilities and respond to incidents.
• Ensure secure connectivity for third-party vendors, telehealth platforms, and remote users.
