Job Summary
Responsible for monitoring network performance, identifying issues, and supporting basic troubleshooting to ensure smooth and stable operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor network systems, dashboards, and alerts for any irregularities.
• Perform first-level troubleshooting and escalate issues when necessary.
• Carry out basic service checks, including call testing and quality assessments.
• Create and update incident tickets in accordance with the SOP.
• Communicate with internal teams or customers to provide status updates.
• Report network faults or abnormalities promptly.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT, Networking, or related field.
• Willing to work 12-hour shift rotations (day/night)
• Basic knowledge of networking, VoIP, or monitoring tools.
