IT Officer/ Assistant Officer

• Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network-related issues, including troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Support the ERP system, including user support, issue analysis, and basic report customization.
• Assist in minor system enhancements, scripting, and basic programming tasks when required.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, including hardware, software licenses, and related documentation.
• Provide support for PC, printer, and peripheral setup and maintenance.
• Ensure proper documentation of IT procedures and support activities.

Education: Diploma/ Adv Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology
