Job Opening: IT Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain servers and system backups
• Handle network and hardware infrastructure (LAN/WAN, routers, switches)
• Provide IT support to users across departments
• Maintain data security, passwords, and access controls
• Oversee CCTV systems, UPS, and connectivity
• Ensure proper functioning of the computer lab and projectors
• Support ERP systems and resolve user ID/troubleshooting issues
• Maintain IT asset inventory
• Conduct user training and basic IT orientation

Qualification:

• Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (BS/BCS/BE)
• Preferred: Certifications like CompTIA A+, CCNA, or Microsoft Certified (optional but a plus)

Experience:
