IT OFFICER
The IT Officer provides first-level technical support for network-related issues and assists in monitoring, maintaining and troubleshooting the organizations infrastructure. This role also involves ensuring proper documentation, and timelines.
Job Responsibilities:
1.) Hardware Troubleshooting ( hardware Problems, Parts Replacement)
a.) Laptop Maintenance
b.) Desktop Maintenance
2.) Software Troubleshooting ( Software Application, Software Activation , Microsoft Windows, ETC.)
a.) Printer Maintenance
b.) Mobile Device Troubleshoot and Maintenance
c.) Email Configuration and Maintenance ( Creating New Emails, Removing Old Emails, Configure and Troubleshoot Emails)
d.) Networking
e.) CCTV Maintenance
f.) Inventory System Maintenance
g.) QuickBooks Accounting System Maintenance
3.) Biometrics/DTR Collecting and Maintenance ( including Registering new employee)
