IT Officer

Summary:
The I.T OFFICER is responsible for monitoring surveillance systems, ensuring security coverage, and assisting with investigations. This role also supports basic hardware and software maintenance of CCTV equipment and may be required to travel to different sites, requiring a valid driver's license and the ability to operate 4-wheel vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor live and recorded CCTV footage to detect suspicious activities, safety violations, and operational concerns.
• Respond promptly to incidents and escalate to Security/Management as needed.
• Review, retrieve, and archive video footage for investigations and reports.
• Maintain accurate logs of incidents, observations, and system issues.
• Assist in the setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of CCTV cameras, DVR/NVRs, switches, and related hardware.
