IT Officer

Qualifications:
• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or any related course
• Good personality
• Competent in typing skills, knows how to use Microsoft office, Google sheet and Google Document
• Strong Communication skills
• Flexible and open to change

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day technical support for computer systems, hardware, software, and network-related concerns.
• Assist in server administration, including user access management, system monitoring, and regular backups.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot PCs, printers, network devices, and other IT equipment.
• Monitor and maintain network and internet connectivity across branches and departments.
• Ensure system security, data backups, and proper software licensing compliance.
• Respond promptly to IT issues and coordinate with the IT Manager for escalations and reporting.
