Position Summary

In accordance with the policies, procedure and standards of Chroma Hospitality and Quest Hotel & Conference Center-Clark, underthe supervision of the IT Manager, the IT Team Leader assists in the smooth functioning of IT Department. Coordinates and establishes hardwaremaintenance, application programs and procedures in case of system interruptions. Ensures security of data storage and protection,implementation and training of users on the systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain major hotel systems including:
  • Property Management System (PMS)
  • Point of Sale (POS)
  • Business Central Accounting
  • IVVY S&C
  • Golf CMS & Online Booking
  • RDP/VPN
  • Door Locking System
  • Email, LAN, Active Directory, and telecommunications systems
