IT Officer

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software (e.g., computers, servers, networks, printers).
• Provide technical support and training to staff regarding IT systems, software, and hardware.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
• Ensure security of data, network access, and backup systems.
• Maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
• Manage user accounts and access controls (Active Directory, email, etc.).
• Assist in planning and implementing IT projects and upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures, including cybersecurity standards.
• Liaise with external vendors and service providers for IT-related procurement and support.
