Key Responsibilities:

· System Maintenance: Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware (PCs, servers, printers) and software used in production and office areas.

· Oversee power backup systems (UPS) for IT equipment

· Network Management: Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN connectivity, internet access, and internal/external communications systems.

· Production Support: Ensure that manufacturing software (e.g., Syteline, MES, Barcode) runs smoothly and integrates with machines and databases.

· Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to purchase IT related items (PROCUREMENT)

· Conduct IT orientation and training for new employees (HR)

· Data Security & Backup: Implement cybersecurity measures, manage user access, and perform regular data backups and recovery procedures.
