Job Description

Job Descriptions:

  • Review, prioritize, and assign IT support tickets.
  • Monitor ticket queues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Coordinate IT staff schedules and coverage.
  • Act as an escalation point for unresolved or critical issues.
  • Communicate system outages and service updates to users.
  • Track ticket performance and resolution metrics.
  • Maintain IT documentation and asset inventory.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of any IT-related course.
  • 1–2 years experience in IT support or service desk roles.
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools (Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk, Freshservice).
  • Working knowledge of Windows/macOS and Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Technical Skills & Proficiencies:

  • Ticketing & ITSM Tools: Familiarity with platforms such as Jira Service Management, ServiceNow, Zendesk, or Freshservice.
