IT Onsite Support

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
• Has at least 6 months of relevant experience
• Strong domain knowledge and technical orientation.
• Knowledge of network and server devices
• Troubleshooting and ticketing system experience
• Good communication skills
• Amenable to report onsite (Location: Alabang)
• Open to working on a rotational shift schedule as required
• Can start ASAP/ 30 Days

Job tasks:

• Monitor cases in Ticketing tool queues.
• Receive P4 Incidents, Work Orders or Task Tickets in Helpmate.
• Acknowledge and reach out to requester.
• Look into the reported issue/approved work order and address it within agreed SLA's.
• Update Log notes in ticketing tool.
