Job Description

                    Job Description  Round-the-clockmonitoringandmaintenanceoftheSystem(hardwareandsoftware)toensuresystemuptime in accordance to SLA commitments 
Respondtoallincident/servicecallsandbefirstresponderonsitetotroubleshootandresolveincidents including basic repairs or parts replacements 
Create/updateandtrackticketinticketingtooltoclosureobservingSLAcommitments 
Escalate,whennecessary,inaccordancetoescalationmatrix 
Performregularpreventiveandcorrectivemaintenance,troubleshootingsystemhardwareandallcomputer-based systems. 
. hardware, software, network problems and etc. that may affect the proper functioning of the System. 
Liaiseandworkcloselywithcustomerstoaddressserviceconcernsandtosolvetechnicalproblems. 
Workwithtechnicalteamtoresolvemoreadvancedissueswhennecessary 
PerformInstall/Move/Add/Change(IMAC)activitiesastasked 
Ensureallmaterialisproperlydocumentedandhandedoverduringshiftchanges
