IT Operation Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated IT Operation Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and infrastructure. This role involves a variety of tasks, including managing workloads, scheduling batch jobs, maintaining data processing equipment, and providing support to users.


Responsibilities:

•Implement management goals by planning workloads, workflows, schedules, and work objectives

• Schedule and operate batch jobs across various platforms, including mainframe, Linux, Windows, and cloud environments

• Troubleshoot and resolve errors in batch job operations

• Maintain data processing equipment by scheduling routine maintenance and overseeing repairs

• Analyze equipment operations and recommend new equipment or repairs as needed

• Develop, review, and update operation manuals and procedures
