IT Operational Tech Support

The role

We are looking for a Singaporean to join our client's team through ES Recruitment as a Operational Tech Support - Systems Executive (12hr rotating shift). This is a 1 year contract based in Changi Airport.

In this position, you will be responsible to provide operational support to system infrastructure, support to the clients and resolution of technical issues.

Work Location: Changi Airport

12hrs rotating shift

Basic up to $3500 + Shift Allowance + PH + OT + HP Claims (capped $50)

Upon end of contract, incentive of performance bonus up to 1 month basic salary subject to performance & PM recommendation

Key responsibilities

Production Support

• Provide technical support to customer
• Identify and escalate priority issues as per Client specifications, Process client Service Request, Redirect problems to appropriate resource
