  IT Operations Administrator 
 As the IT Operations Administrator, you will provide troopers with first- and second-level support on hardware and software issues. You will also be in charge of monitoring devices and licenses for Eastwest Ageas Insurance's office applications. 
 
   Are you the one we're looking for?  
  You must love managing IT infrastructure  — You have a thorough understanding of various IT platforms and carry out system configuration and troubleshooting to ensure that it runs at peak performance.
  You must be dependable when it comes to IT security  — You ensure that all applicable IT security policies and standards are followed.
  You were born to provide IT services  – You resolve low- to medium-complexity incidents and find workarounds for critical tickets.
