What You’ll Do

Incident & Request Management

• Monitor, attend, follow up, and close local incidents and service requests in alignment with ServiceDesk KPIs.
• Ensure timely escalation and resolution of issues affecting local infrastructure performance.

Project & Task Execution

• Manage, follow up, and close assigned local, divisional, and global IT projects or tasks.
• Coordinate planned activities with the Local IT Supervisor and ensure project deliverables are met.

Infrastructure Monitoring & Maintenance

• Maintain the smooth operation of the Local Area Network (LAN).
• Monitor all local infrastructure components using available monitoring tools.
• Coordinate third‑party maintenance for hardware, software, or network components.
• Manage the infrastructure lifecycle, ensuring appropriate upgrades and replacements.
