We're Hiring: IT Operations & Infrastructure Specialist at Green Minds
Location: Ravi Innovista, DHA Phase 8, Lahore (Onsite)
Type: Full-time (10AM-7PM)
We're looking for a hands on IT Operations & Infrastructure Specialist to manage and support our IT environment, covering systems, networks, security, Microsoft 365, web hosting, and day to day IT operations.
What you'll do:
Manage IT infrastructure, servers, networks, and WiFi
Administer Microsoft 365 (users, email, security)
Handle endpoint security (Sophos etc.)
Support web hosting, domains, and DNS
Maintain hardware, inventory, and IT documentation
Assist with IT policies, compliance, and basic GRC practices
What we're looking for:
2–4 years of IT operations/support experience
Strong troubleshooting and hands-on mindset
Experience with Microsoft 365, networking, and endpoint security
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
