We're looking for a hands on
IT Operations & Infrastructure Specialist
to manage and support our IT environment, covering systems, networks, security, Microsoft 365, web hosting, and day to day IT operations.

What you'll do:

• Manage IT infrastructure, servers, networks, and WiFi
• Administer Microsoft 365 (users, email, security)
• Handle endpoint security (Sophos etc.)
• Support web hosting, domains, and DNS
• Maintain hardware, inventory, and IT documentation
• Assist with IT policies, compliance, and basic GRC practices

What we're looking for:

• 2–4 years of IT operations/support experience
• Strong troubleshooting and hands-on mindset
