Job Description
We are seeking IT Operations and Support professionals to execute ITIL processes, support global systems, and maintain reliable IT services across enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
Support Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
Provide technical support for hardware, software, networks, and Cisco voice systems.
Maintain Dynamics 365 CRM and other enterprise applications.
Troubleshoot connectivity, configuration, and performance issues.
Document procedures, incidents, resolutions, and updates.
Support deployments, go-live activities, and UAT.
Develop KPIs and reporting dashboards for IT leadership.
Collaborate with global IT, R&D, engineering, and product teams.
Requirements
Experience in IT Support, Service Desk, or Enterprise IT operations.
Knowledge of LAN/WAN, Windows systems, Cisco UC/CC.
Familiarity with ITIL processes and ticketing systems.
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
