Job Role: - IT Operations Manager

Location: - Sydney, Australia

Experience: - 12 -15 years

Job Requirements & Skills: -

12 years in IT infrastructure & operations
Strong knowledge of ITIL/ITSM, SLAs, and compliance (ISO, SOC2)
Experience managing data centers, cloud (Azure/AWS), and enterprise IT environments
Bachelor's/Master s in IT or related field
Relevant certifications: ITIL v4, PMP, Azure/AWS preferred
IT Infrastructure Management (Windows/Linux, networking, storage)
Cloud Ops (Azure, AWS), DR & BCP planning
Monitoring & automation tools (SolarWinds, SCCM, scripting)
Soft Skills: -
