You will be the primary point of contact for IT support across multiple teams and brands, ensuring employees have seamless access to the tools they need to work effectively. The position combines hands-on technical support with a strong focus on automation and process improvement. You will handle a high volume of tickets while actively reducing repetitive work through scripting and AI-driven solutions.
