IT Operations Support Analyst

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for an IT Operations Support Analyst for a contract assignment with one of our premier IT Technology in Buenos Aires, Argentina. This is an onsite role.

Job Description:

• Responsible for daily system operation and maintenance, including analysis of related documentation.
• Respond promptly to production issues, coordinate with development teams, investigate root causes, and resolve problems.
• Analyze and organize business and system operation data; prepare summary reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor' s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Familiarity with service-oriented system operation and maintenance; SAP-CRM/CRM WEBUI experience preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Fresh graduates with good communication and Python skills are welcome.
• Fluency in English (Chinese is a plus).
