About the role
: The Site IT Operations Support provides quick assistance with common technical issues, manages support tickets, and helps users with basic hardware and software needs to ensure a stable and user-friendly IT environment. It also supports onboarding/offboarding processes and maintains accurate asset records to keep operations running smoothly. 

Your Responsilities:
Deliver first-level and limited second-level service desk support, taking ownership of assigned incidents and service requests
Ensure timely responses and maintain clear, detailed ticket documentation for all communications and troubleshooting steps
Monitor system performance, manage user accounts and configurations, and resolve hardware, software, and basic network issues
Escalate complex or unresolved problems to Site Operations Engineers or relevant CoE teams
