Job Description

Description and Requirements
The LeMES Level 2 (L2) Support Engineer provides advanced operational support, resolving incidents escalated from Level 1 and ensuring system stability. This role includes troubleshooting, monitoring, and recovery while ensuring compliance with ITSM and audit requirements. The role requires working with worldwide (WW) manufacturing plants and strong English communication skills.
Job Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents escalated from support
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues
Monitor system health, jobs, and integrations
Execute recovery actions (restart jobs, retry processes, manage queues)
Collaborate with worldwide plants and cross-regional teams (AMERICAS, EMEA, APAC)
Communicate effectively in English (written and verbal)
Escalate issues to L3 when required with proper context
Raise change requests and contribute to KB/SOP imp...
