IT Outfield Technician

As an IT Outfield Technician, you will be responsible for handling on-site technical support, servicing, and troubleshooting for multifunction printers (MFP) / photocopiers at customer locations.

Your main duties include:

• Perform on-site installation, setup, and troubleshooting for photocopiers/MFP machines.
• Handle machine servicing, maintenance, and repairs (preventive & corrective).
• Conduct machine testing, calibration, and performance checking after servicing.
• Provide technical support for printing, scanning, and network connectivity issues.
• Configure printer drivers, scanning settings, IP address setup, and basic networking.
• Provide customer guidance on proper machine usage and basic troubleshooting.
• Report job updates, service records, and machine condition to supervisor.
