Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Minimum of 2 years experience as IT Personnel/Staff
Strong knowledge of network administration, hardware, and software troubleshooting
Proficient in managing IT infrastructure and security protocols
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and monitor IT systems, networks, and hardware
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions
Install, configure, and upgrade software and hardware
Ensure data backup, security, and system integrity
Support employees with IT-related inquiries and training
Collaborate with vendors for system upgrades and maintenance
Assist in implementing new technologies and process improvements
