IT Policy Servicing Manager

Responsibilities

• Deliver highquality, accurate and prompt service to customers meeting or exceedingrespective service levels and target turnaround time.
• Ensurethat our service delivery processes are compliance with the relevantregulations, internal policies and procedures.
• Oversee allpolicy servicing functions such as policy issuance, endorsements,renewals, cancellations, policy amendments, and document updates(nominee, address, KYC, etc.) using IT Software tools
• Review andapprove complex service requests requiring managerial authorization.
• Ensureaccuracy and quality of all processed policies and documents.

Skills/Requirement

• At least 5years of life insurance operations with good knowledge in policyservicing and premium management.
• Bachelor’sdegree in business, Finance, Insurance, or related field (MBApreferred).
