This role is crucial in ensuring the efficiency, consistency, and effectiveness of our process framework, while also exploring cutting-edge solutions, including AI, to enhance our operational capabilities.
Job responsibilities
As an IT Process Excellence Lead, you have to :
Ensure the consistent application and adherence to the IT Framework processes across all relevant IT functions and initiatives.

Proactively identify, lead, and implement a portfolio of continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing the efficiency, quality, and effectiveness of IT processes.
