• Coordinate onboarding of new vendors, reviews from various stakeholders such as IT, Legal, Compliance and Finance.
• Coordinate procurement planning and distribution of all IT assets throughout the company
• Ensures that all procurements are made per the procurement plan submitted by each business unit
• Establishes standard specifications and codes for all major categories of goods purchased
• Ensures that all goods procured meet the standard specification and quality specified in a purchase requisition
• Ensures approved/preferred supplier's maintain value add to the business
