To justify user requisitions and determine user needs by supplying the suitable IT devices that required.

Sourcing and purchasing IT equipment, software, and services, such as hardware, licenses, cloud services, or IT maintenance.

Preparing and issuing purchase orders and ensuring timely approvals.

Ensuring compliance with procurement policies and guidelines.

Collaborating with Technical Support to track the lifecycle of IT assets, from procurement to deployment, repairing, replacement, maintenance, and disposal.

To ensure the available supply of IT parts / IT devices; to forecast and maintain the right level of stock to meet customer (internal / external) demand.

Maintaining accurate records of purchases, invoices, and contracts.

Maintaining documentation related to assets, such as invoices / receipts, warranties, and contracts.
