IT Procurement Executive

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and shortlist IT suppliers, including hardware, software, cloud services, and maintenance providers.
• Coordinate the procurement of IT equipment such as laptops, desktops, servers, network devices, and peripherals.
• Review, manage, and track IT contracts, renewals, subscriptions, and service agreements.
• Conduct vendor comparisons, market surveys, and price benchmarking to ensure competitive procurement.
• Manage vendor performance, ensuring adherence to SLAs, delivery timelines, and quality standards.
• Maintain and update a comprehensive vendor database for all IT products and services.
• Prepare and manage Requests for Quotation (RFQs) for IT-related purchases and services.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, warranties, and service-level agreements with vendors.
