IT Procurement Executive

Roles & Responsibilities
Handle end to end IT procurement including sourcing negotiation and purchase order processing
Procure IT hardware software licenses cloud services and professional services
Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with suppliers for pricing delivery and service levels
Support contract review renewals and compliance with company procurement policies
Work with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and timelines
Track procurement budgets and ensure cost optimization
Maintain accurate procurement documentation records and reports
Liaise with stakeholder to understand requirement and purpose of purchase/tender.
Conduct RPF, RFQ and RFI Activities.
Source, request, negotiate and compare prices, on IT product, service and maintenance for purchase/tender.
Prepare procurement documents, cost analysis, and negotiate with suppliers.
