IT Procurement & Finance Lead (Banking client)

Responsibilities:
Manage end to end procurement activities for IT hardware, software, licenses, cloud services, and technology projects
Coordinate RFQ/RFP processes with vendors and internal stakeholders
Evaluate vendor quotations, pricing, contracts, and service agreements
Ensure procurement activities comply with bank policies, audit, and regulatory requirements
Liaise with vendors for contract renewals, negotiations, and invoice clarifications
Track software licenses, maintenance renewals, and support agreements
Support annual IT budgeting and forecasting exercises
Monitor IT operating expenditure (OPEX) and capital expenditure (CAPEX)
Perform budget tracking, variance analysis, accruals, and financial reporting
Process purchase orders (PO), invoices, and payment requests
Ensure accurate cost allocation and reconciliation with Finance teams
Prepare management reports and dashboards on IT spending
