Job Description

• Liaise with stakeholders to understand requirements and the purpose of purchases or tenders.
• Validate purchase requirements and issue Requests for Quotation (RFQ) or Requests for Proposal (RFP).
• Conduct RFP, RFQ, and Request for Information (RFI) activities.
• Source, request, negotiate, and compare prices for IT products, services, and maintenance for purchase or tender.
• Source and select vendors to ensure cost competitiveness, timely project delivery, and quality of work.
• Prepare procurement documents, perform cost analysis, and negotiate with suppliers.
• Manage contracts, including reviewing and negotiating contracts, and coordinate with the Legal Team and internal stakeholders to set up contractual agreements, ensuring timely execution of contracts for projects.
