IT Product Owner

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**

+ Partner with Customers to define and refine product requirements and user stories.
+ Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications.
+ Lead discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and workshops to gather and validate requirements.
+ Analyze existing systems and processes to identify improvement opportunities and technical gaps.
+ Create and maintain documentation such as process flows, data models, and system diagrams.
+ Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment and clarity throughout the development lifecycle.
+ Assist in QA and UAT efforts by defining test cases and validating functionality against requirements.
+ Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
+ Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis practices.
