The “IT Product Owner – Operations & HR” is a key member of the IT Systems team at Dixstone, working at the intersection of business operations and technology. This role partners closely with HR stakeholders and various business units to ensure enterprise systems effectively support business processes, reporting, and decision-making.

Dixstone has embarked on a greenfield rollout of a new ERP system to set up a digital core for our global operations. We envision an interlinked platform that seamlessly runs the business processes of all our functions, from Asset Management to Finance.
