Job Description

Job Title: IT Production Support / Unix Shell Script Developer Experience: 6 to 12 years 
Mandatory Skills: Unix Shell Script, SQL 
Key Responsibilities: Proven experience in shell scripting in a Linux/Unix environment. 
Strong proficiency of SQL (Oracle-oriented) 
Understanding middleware technologies such as FTP and MQ messaging systems. 
Familiarity and knowledge of Citrix is a plus. 
Experience with job schedulers, particularly Mainframe Scheduler TWS (Tivoli Workload Scheduler for Z/OS), is a plus 
Experience with monitoring tools and incident management systems 
Understanding of ITIL framework or similar service management best practices
