The IT Project Management Officer (PMO) plays a pivotal role in overseeing project governance, documentation, and performance tracking across FELCO’s IT initiatives. This role ensures adherence to project standards, facilitates stakeholder communication, and supports operational analysis to optimize delivery efficiency. The PMO acts as a central coordination point for reporting, audits, and continuous improvement across the IT project portfolio.
