IT Project Manager (IM8 Policy)

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle including renewals, tender exercises, vendor selection, and contract compliance.
• Oversee vendor performance, SLA monitoring, issue resolution, and escalation, with regular reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Manage day-to-day operations of multiple systems, including incident and problem management and coordination of system enhancements and releases.
• Ensure compliance with IM8 policies, audit requirements, and security standards, including audit preparation and remediation.
• Conduct risk assessments, implement mitigation plans, and manage operational and project issues.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables, including cost tracking, forecasting, and progress reporting.
• Coordinate closely with internal technical teams, cross-functional stakeholders, and external vendors to maintain system availability and performance.
