Summary
You will serve as an IT Project Manager (SYSANALYSIS) in the NAVFAC Information Technology Center, Program and Project Management Division of NAV FAC ENG AND EXPEDITIONARY WARFARE CTR.
Duties
You will lead and manage the software development lifecycle of assigned business systems.You will actively support and enforce configuration management, change control and information assurance security principles.You will develop, implement, and maintain project plans to meet objectives.You will develop government statements of work (SOWs), independent government cost estimates (ICGEs), Business Case Analysis (BCA), and other briefs and decision papers as assigned.You will develop information systems testing strategies, plans and scenarios and maintain quality assurance processes.You will interface with customers to define information systems products and services scope, requirements, and deliverables.
