IT Project Manager (Madrid - Hybrid)

The company Our customer is a technology-based startup with solid funding that is currently undergoing expansion.

They will hire the selected candidate as an internal, permanent employee based in Madrid to provide services to their global organization.

Description of the position We’re looking for a IT Project Manager for their global operations in Madrid.

He/she will join the CIO Technical Project Office, acting as a strategic connector between IT, technical teams, and business stakeholders.

As a Project Manager, he/she will be responsible for coordinating strategic projects, ensuring alignment across technical domains, and establishing portfolio management standards.

He/she will work closely with senior leadership, engineering, IT, and PMO teams to provide visibility, consistency, and execution across initiatives.

And also will be responsible for leading and coordinating some projects within the portfolio.
