Responsibilities

• Take ownership over contract lifecycle ensuring seamless continuity of services through proactive contract renewal management
• Oversee day-to-day operations and vendor management for 2 systems to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.
• Monitoring and managing problem/incident ticket management to ensure that all issues are resolved within established agreements, tracking performance metrics, and implementing process improvements
• Developing and maintaining renewal timelines, coordinating with legal and procurement teams, and ensuring all contractual obligations are met within specified timeframes
• Provide proactive regular monitoring and reporting of contract performance, including the preparation of comprehensive progress updates for senior management and stakeholder
