Project Manager
Responsibilities:
Take ownership over contract lifecycle ensuring seamless continuity of services through proactive contract renewal management
Oversee day-to-day operations and vendor management for 2 systems to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.
Monitoring and managing problem/incident ticket management to ensure that all issues are resolved within established agreements, tracking performance metrics, and implementing process improvements
Developing and maintaining renewal timelines, coordinating with legal and procurement teams, and ensuring all contractual obligations are met within specified timeframes
Provide proactive regular monitoring and reporting of contract performance, including the preparation of comprehensive progress updates for senior management and stakeholder
