Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects across the firm

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and technical teams to define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables

Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses, reporting on variances, and monitoring overall financial performance

Track and report on project progress, risks, and issues, ensuring transparency and accountability

Facilitate meetings, manage project documentation, and provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders

Analyze business needs, engage with technical leads to evaluate solution options, and help develop practical recommendations
