Job Purpose

The IT Project Manager is responsible for end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards. The role works closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to translate business requirements into effective technology solutions that support Maybank's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

·       Plan, manage, and deliver IT projects from initiation to closure.

·       Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.

·       Engage stakeholders and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

·       Ensure compliance with IT governance, risk, and regulatory frameworks.

·       Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies with timely escalation.

·       Oversee vendor performance, resource utilization, and cost control.
