Lead end-to-end project documentation and delivery across new initiatives, enhancements, and change requests
Apply Agile Scrum methodology and ensure project environment readiness
Coordinate with vendors, third parties, and internal units for project execution and cost control
Manage IT-related contracts, SLAs, and legal documentation
Oversee quality assurance and testing standards for new and enhanced applications
